Therapy Services

Roll for Wellness is a therapeutic space that specializes in providing compassionate and inclusive care to LGBTQ+ individuals, BIPOC folks, and Autistic/ADHD folks. We offer personalized therapy sessions, group therapy, and workshops designed to address the unique challenges and experiences of these communities. Our approach combines evidence-based therapeutic techniques with a deep understanding of the cultural nuances and systemic barriers faced by these groups.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy sessions are tailored to address the unique needs and experiences of each client. We offer a safe and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in a confidential setting.

“Painful feelings are, by their very nature, temporary. They will weaken over time as long as we don’t prolong or amplify them through resistance or avoidance. The only way to eventually free ourselves from debilitating pain, therefore, is to be with it as it is. The only way out is through.”
