How much experience do your interns have?

    • We work with both first-year and second-year social work interns.

    • First-years focus on community support, workshops, and connecting you to resources.

    • Second-years focus on becoming trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming therapists.

    • Everyone gets weekly supervision and oversight from fully licensed social workers.

    • Yes! Neurodivergence is a broad umbrella term that includes not just ADHD, Autism, but also C-PTSD, Tourettes, DID, Dyslexia and more.

    • We use neurodivergent because many folks do not have access to diagnosis and clarity in where they fall under the neurodivergent umbrella.

    •  While our providers don’t have experience with everything under the umbrella, our providers prioritize learning how your brain works and figuring out the plan you need to be supported. If we’re not the right fit for you, we will help you find it.

    • Therapy is a formal contract with a provider, involving a treatment plan, goals, and confidentiality.

    • Community Events are for practicing skills, being vulnerable, building connections, or just having fun geeking out.

  • Nope! Just come with an open mind and a spirit of connecting with others, learning, and being your authentic self.

  • Yes, all events hosted by Roll for Wellness are sober. We choose to host sober events to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for friends who may be in recovery and to support those who find it challenging to attend social events where alcohol or substances are present.

  • 1. Intentional Communication

We encourage everyone to express their needs and boundaries openly. Whether it's needing a break, asking for clarification, or sharing what makes you comfortable, your voice is important. Respecting each other's needs helps us create a supportive environment.

    2. Commitment to Connection

This is a space where making friends and building connections is encouraged.. Be patient with yourself and others as we navigate social interactions together. You may make a connection for today or longer, but the ask is to approach conversations with an open heart and mind.

    3. Assume the Best Intentions

Everyone here is part of this community because they care. If something feels off, remember to assume positive intent. Misunderstandings happen, but we're all here to support one another. This doesn’t mean do a racism then say whoopsie.

    4. No Pressure, No Guilt

It’s okay to say no, to need space, or to engage in a way that feels right for you. There’s no expectation to conform to any social norms. Embrace your authenticity and allow others to do the same without judgment.

    5. This is a neurodivergent-affirming space.

We welcome all forms of communication, stimming, and unique ways of engaging with the world. Everyone isn’t going to show up or use the space the same, and that’s okay.

    6. Supportive Environment

Offer support, not solutions. Sometimes, listening is the most powerful thing we can do for one another. Be mindful of unsolicited advice and focus on creating a space where everyone feels heard and valued.

    7. Respect Personal Boundaries

Respect is key. This includes physical, emotional, and conversational boundaries. Always ask before initiating touch or deep conversation topics, and be understanding if someone declines.

    8. Accessibility and Comfort

If you have accessibility needs or suggestions for making this space more comfortable, please share them. We are committed to adapting and ensuring everyone can participate fully.
