Hi, I’m Carlynn Sharpe-Ehui

Carlynn (she/they) is a social worker, writer, and soul‑work facilitator with a deep commitment to helping people feel seen, supported, and empowered in their healing journeys.

Her areas of interest are empowerment, spiritual alignment, self-discovery and acceptance, body positivity, grief, and community building.

She grew up in Armuchee, Georgia, and earned both her bachelor’s degree and Master of Social Work from Kennesaw State University. Over the course of her career, she has worked in end‑of‑life and emergency department social work, end-of-life and bereavement support, foster and homeless youth support, higher education, research, and program evaluation and development. These experiences shaped her belief in compassionate care, accessible support, and the power of community.

Carlynn thrives in roles where she can guide groups, strengthen systems, and create meaningful, sustainable change starting from within. She has served as a nonprofit board member, church trustee, and founder of non‑traditional support programs. She is also a published writer in news and poetry outlets, bringing a reflective and creative lens to her work.

As a soul‑work facilitator, Carlynn integrates creativity, intuitive insight, shadow work, and metaphysical tools to help individuals deepen their understanding of self, find acceptance, and reconnect with their inner wisdom. Her approach is grounded, trauma‑aware, and centered on meeting people exactly where they are.

At Roll for Wellness, Carlynn brings her blend of experience, creative perspective, and intuitive guidance to support groups that foster connection, emotional resilience, and authentic growth.
