Hi, I’m Carlynn Sharpe-Ehui

Carlynn (she/they) is a social worker, executive function coach, and soul-work facilitator with a deep commitment to helping people feel seen, supported, and empowered in their daily lives.

Her areas of interest include empowerment, practical skill-building, spiritual alignment, self-discovery and acceptance, body positivity, grief support, community building, executive function, organizing spaces and systems, creative expression, and helping people create sustainable routines that work with — not against — their natural rhythms, capacities, and ways of functioning.

She grew up in Armuchee, Georgia, and earned both her bachelor’s degree and Master of Social Work from Kennesaw State University. Over the course of her career, she has worked in end-of-life and emergency department social work, bereavement support, foster and homeless youth support, higher education, research, program evaluation and development, creative expression, organization, and executive functioning support.

Carlynn thrives in roles where she can empower individuals, strengthen systems, and create meaningful, sustainable change starting from within. She has served as a nonprofit board member, church trustee, and founder of non-traditional support programs. She is also a poet and visual artist, bringing a reflective and creative lens to her work. These experiences deepened her commitment to liberation, compassionate care, accessible support, and the power of community.
